Cancellation / Refund Policy
In the event of a family being unable to attend a taster session, the class can be rearranged to a suitable date by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Class attendance is set up on a no minimum term recurring card payment, which can be stopped by providing two weeks' notice in writing to email@example.com. Unfortunately payment plans cannot be paused for "one off" missed sessions due to the continual overheads of venues and coaches.
Payment holidays can be arranged if families are unable to attend two or more consecutive sessions (can be used on up to three occasions per calendar year). During this time, your child's place will remain secured.
